Our services include installation and configuring of servers in addition to facilitating backup schedule and restoration.  Maintain and create reservations for DHCP server and Active Directory. Execute ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as well as CPU configuration, memory, and disk partitions as required.  Our technicians apply OS patches and upgrades, upgrade administrative tools and utilities and configure / add new services as necessary. We provide 24/7 systems monitoring support and perform vulnerability assessments and mitigation activities.
