Lonnie is a bold visionary with a vast range of leadership experiences and achievements. As CEO of ANALYGENCE, Lonnie provides strategic vision and direction for the organization and ensures ANALYGENCE is best positioned to achieve its strategic goals. Lonnie is a U.S. Air Force veteran and possesses more than 15 years of industry and military experience. Before founding ANALYGENCE, Lonnie served in a variety of senior leadership roles within industry, in addition to his role as a communications officer in the Air Force, where he obtained extensive weapon system acquisition program experience. Lonnie earned two master’s degrees and two bachelor’s degrees: MBA in IT systems management and a master’s degree in program management; bachelor’s degrees in computer information systems and business. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Tom leads the delivery of all ANALYGENCE’s client programs and oversees finance, contracts administration, information technology, human resources and recruiting. Most recently, Tom served as Executive Vice President and COO at CALIBRE Systems, where he led the planning and execution of sales and delivery, and managed all operations personnel for CALIBRE’s four operating divisions and its IT organization. Prior to his time as COO, Tom was CALIBRE’s CTO and responsible for operations, strategy, development and delivery of the company’s IT solutions to clients and internal businesses. Tom led several strategic initiatives at CALIBRE, including ISO 20000-1:2011 and a corporate-wide expansion of ISO 9001:2015. He also supported the Capability Maturity Model Integration audit program. Tom also served on CALIBRE’s Employee Ownership Advisory Committee and served six years as the employee representative to the company’s Board of Directors. He was named by DCA Live as a “2017 Trending 40 – Rising Stars in Federal Technology” recipient. Tom earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Shenandoah University.
With 22 years of experience supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients in various roles, Alex is well equipped to spearhead ANALYGENCE’s strategic direction, business development, capture planning and proposal writing; he is responsible for overseeing the overall growth of the company. Prior to this, Alex served as Vice President Strategy and Business Development for Praxis Engineering Technologies, Vice President Business Development and Capture at Mission Essential, and in various roles for Serco, including Chief of Staff, Director C4ISR Business Development, and Director Intelligence Operations.
Alex is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a number of honors, including 2005 Military Instructor of the Year at the United States Naval Academy. His Naval background includes service as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Intelligence Officer (IO), where he deployed twice to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He graduated from the Academy with a B.S. in Political Science and went on to earn his M.P.A. in Policy Analysis and Statistics from The George Washington University and his Graduate Certification in Business from Oxford University. He currently chairs Congressman C.A. "Dutch" Ruppersberger’s Congressional Nomination Panel, is a Naval Academy Blue and Gold Officer, and serves as a Naval Academy Trustee for the Athletic Scholarship Programs.
While serving as the CFO and senior executive responsible for overseeing the strategic financial initiatives of the company, Mike will manage the accounting, finance and business operations, and contracts departments. These functions will focus on strategic level financial analyses, reporting, and modeling, helping to drive ANALYGENCE’s success. Mike will manage all financial competencies as well as fostering the development of the staff, collaborating with other departments throughout the company, and building relationships with clients and vendors.
Mike brings 18 years of GovCon expertise to the ANALYGENCE team, with a special concentration on Financial Planning and Analysis. He has overseen a number of initiatives to develop and improve internal and external reporting capabilities for both small and large businesses, and draws on deep experience in proposal and business development.
Mike served as Vice President of Operation at CAVU Advisors, Senior Director of Business Development and Finance at ECG Inc., Director of Business Management at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., and Division Finance Manager at Sotera Defense Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Longwood University.
David leads business growth at ANALYGENCE and oversees the development and submission of winning proposals. Working with company and industry leaders, he identifies emerging procurement trends to help the organization expand into critical domains with strategic multi-year projects. David is a senior business leader known for creative and resourceful solutions and has more than 35 years’ experience in business development, solution development, capture management and client engagement. Previously, David served as Vice President of Business Engineering at CGI Federal where he implemented best practices for business development that led to 10 percent annual growth for the business unit. As Vice President of Capture at CACI, he managed multiple top-ten deals, including some of the most complex efforts in the company’s history. Early in his career, David was instrumental in developing and delivering the concepts of citizen-centric web services to cabinet-level agencies. His award-winning team worked on multiple White House web initiatives to support the National Partnership for Reinventing Government.
He is a member of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), was among its inaugural ACT IAC Voyager Class of 2005 and was awarded Voyager of the Year. He’s also a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and the Coalition for Government Procurement (CGP). David graduated from Randolph Macon College, earning a bachelor’s degree in economics, history and philosophy, the school’s first triple-major student.
Joan Majoros serves as senior advisor for business development regarding Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) projects and oversees customer relationships with IC intelligence clients including Combatant Commands. In this role, she also provides direction on training and curriculum design, development and implementation. She also leads proposal development as an author, reviewer, and compliance manager. Prior to joining ANALYGENCE, Joan worked in the private sector leading a cyber training division and managing cyber training contracts supporting the National Security Agency, military services, and U.S. Cyber Command. In addition, Joan worked in a variety of leadership assignments for the Department of Defense for more than 30 years, specializing in assignments devoted to education, training, and career development—rising to the rank of Senior Executive and ultimately leading the National Cryptologic School and its worldwide network of campuses for the NSA. Joan is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including: Secretary of Defense Medal for the Global War on Terrorism (2010), Presidential Rank Award Meritorious Executive (2009), U.S. Special Operations Command Outstanding Civilian Service Medal (2008), and the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement for Meritorious Service (2006). She received both a master’s degree in French language and literature and a bachelor’s degree in French at Catholic University.
Jonathan leads the talent management group at ANALYGENCE with the goal of hiring and developing skilled and valued team members. As such, he supports both internal and external stakeholders on all talent acquisition and resource management needs and ensures that effective, comprehensive facility and personnel security measures are upheld in compliance with industry standards.
Jonathan brings over eleven years of talent acquisition experience and leadership to ANALYGENCE, having led teams responsible for hiring more than 400 people per year. As the Recruiting Director for a large IT defense contractor, he was instrumental in helping the company grow from 200 to 2,000 employees while focusing on organic growth and integrating disparate teams from several strategic acquisitions. He has extensive experience developing and implementing successful talent acquisition processes that integrate seamlessly with corporate operations.
Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University and went on to secure his MBA from the University of Maryland in College Park.
Suzy is responsible for administering all aspects of human resources for ANALYGENCE including benefits, policies, and procedures. She also oversees and assists with talent acquisition, performance, and communication efforts and HR systems. During her more than 15 years of industry experience, Suzy has served as talent acquisition consultant for iJET International, recruiter and human resources consultant at Incentive Technology Group, and human resources & benefits project manager and senior HR employee relations specialist at Hanger Orthopedic Group before joining ANALYGENCE. Suzy earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is an active alumni member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society.
